cuenta unlimited

Tengo la cuenta unlimited que me cobran 4.99 euros al mes y de repente se me limita a 100 horas de escucha y con publicidad cuando eso no es lo que yo contrate.

mientras tanto siguen anunciando en mi cuenta el spotify unlimited como yo lo contrate al principio .

quiero que vuelva a ser como estaba antes porque si no no me merece la pena lo contrate porque yo escucho muchisima musica y porque era un servicio que para mi merecia la pena.

You should not be getting any adverts or listening limits on Spotify Unlimited, would you be able to double check your subscription status on your online account reports you have Spotify Unlimited and try logging out and back into the app again making sure you are using the correct login details.
