is there really no way to contact customer service ? i've searched FAQ, the community forums,
posted my question in the forum, tried to contact "customer service" did their "contact form" of drop boxes,
so i could ask my question, nothing happens, to continue button, send, text box ?????
not worth 10 bucks a month, when i can spend 10 bucks a month somewhere else, AND get better bit rates

I thought Spotify was a serious business. This is just ridiculous. Ive never in my whole life experienced worse customer service.

yeah so far, not real impressed, to say the least, if i don't hear from them soon, i'll cancel here
spend my money elsewhere, its not like spotify doesn't have any competion, maybe they don't need the $$$

The terrible customer service is the one thing that will make me quit Spotify. It's a shame because I really enjoy the Spotify concept, but it is so crazy frustruating to try to solve a tech problem without the ability to speak to someone and problem solve over the phone. At least have a real-time chat available, for god's sake!!! They need to get a clue about this ASAP or they will be losing a lot of customers.
