Hey.

 

I just bought a new phone, so I had to download Spotify agian.  But when I tried to log in it was not the account i normally use. I have a premium account, so I pay for it every month. I cant get any access to it, but they want me to pay for it. Any ideas to what to do?

It sounds like you’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I recommend checking out the FAQ page ”Can I create multiple accounts?” here. There you can determine if you have a second account, and what steps to take next.
