deleted playlists

I can't seem to post in the official deleted playlist thread... and I've anyway sent in a contract form but I'm in tears here over the deletion of my playlists by someone who thought that they'd stay on my device even if they deleted them from their device. the playlists are general music, dance, calm, and when I'm in the m ood for country. please please help.
