deleting account linked to dead facebook profile

right now I have a spotify account which is not linked to facebook since i deleted my facebook account years ago, but i saw my old spotify profile linked to my old facebook profile still exist and i want to delete it and use only my current account, but i don't have the e-mail that profile was created with, so i don't know how to do it. help?

Support can help you with this, and since you don't have access to your mail you can use the anonymous contact form.
