didn't get the free 30 days

So I tried Spotify for iPhone, 2 days ago and used the 48 hour trial.  I got an email to get a free 30 day.  So I figured I'd do that.  I went to login to paypal on my phone and it wasn't working.  It told me to go to my desktop and try it.  I registered via desktop and it charged me immediately.  

 

You can see that my account was just started and I haven't had a free trial.  Could I get my account credited with the 30 day period.  I'm not even looking for a refund just the offer I was offered.
