disdire premium

Ciao a tutti,

ho un problema.. non riesco a disdire premium e rimanere solo con la versione base free.

se vado su account/abbonamento c'è scritto addirittura se voglio fare l'update a premium.. ma non è possibile perchè mi vengono scalati 10 € ogni mese dalla carta!
