don't know my login?

I had 6 months free with my note 10 and now it is expiring and I want to switch to free so I am not billed.  The problem is I have no idea what my login information is.  This account I have isn't it.  I am currently logged into the android app but I see no account information on it other then my name (which I can edit and cannot be used to find the login name).  I also see no way on the android app to change my subscription.  Please help.

This didn't work.  I went into the spotifycache file on the Android device and there was nothing there (no users).  Any other ideas?
