Hi...i was double charged for upgrade....can i please be credited back one please

Hi saskcanz. Few questions to get this sorted out for you. Foremost, were those payments posted on the same day? If they were, it's possible that you clicked the upgrade button twice, and ending up being charged for two months of premium. You can confirm is this is the case by going to your subscriptions page and seeing when your next renewal date is. If it's two months out from when you were charged, then all you've done is prepaid for the second month of premium.

 

If the renewal date isn't two months out, but only one, then you most likely have a second account that was accidentally upgraded as well, and I would recommend getting in touch with support through this form. Please note that you will most likely receive an automated email back from support directing you to the forums or the FAQ page; just ignore that, and reply back directly to that email (even if it comes from a no-reply address), and support should help sort your issue out as soon as they can.
