First, I checked my accounts and did what you said that i had to do, however, it did not worked.
Second, you asked me to verify or confirm which account I have paired to my FaceBook account and there is only one choice, I have only 1 Spoffy account.
Third, I checked my bank account and it have double charges for around 6 months now, but my premium service is not working, I have basic, Double charges and not having my premium service active should not be happening.  

I have done everything you asked me to do from my phone and my laptop, with no happy resolutions for me.
My APP version is the 5.5.0.653.

Please help me to have my account premiun back and also fix the issue with the double charges.
