Ogni volta che spengo il cellulare o l'app di spotify subisce un aggiornamento i miei download vengono rimossi completamente. Essendo un numero abbastanza consistente è difficile e frustrante doverli rieffettuare ogni volta, (se può aiutare possiedo un samusng galaxy S4), qualche consiglio?

It's not cool that this happens. Let us know if the same occurs after performing a clean reinstall with these steps. You could also check for any cache-clearing apps on your phone and disable them for Spotify.
