downloaded tracks keep deleting!!

hi.

the first problem occurred when the account said it was synced to more than 3 devices which i know is false as i only have my pc and my phone linked. so i shrugged this one off and just re downloaded all my songs...

now i notice a reoccurring problem; all my downloaded songs keep removing themselves.. and i have to redownload them (i did twice this week).

and solutions??

Hey @spicychickengod!

Try deleting the app on your devices, then removing all your devices in your account settings.

Redownload the app and resync your playlists one more time.
