dueling playlists

i have family sharing. when i'm using internet and so are my kids, what they're listening to comes up on my phone and i can't listen to my music, even afteri hit the 'continue on this phone' option

Can you please make sure that they're logged into their own accounts on their devices?

Thank you Maxim. I realize now that they were logged on using my account. I sent them links to sign up on their own but now Spotify erased their playlists and won't let them log in stating that they're already logged in. Ugh!

They're not seeing any playlists because it's a newly created account.

Can you please let me know the exact error message?

It says that he can't sign up because he already has a family account.

He's probably still logged into your account while trying to accept the invite.

Can he try it in ingocnito mode or in another browser please?
