duo partner updated credit card, previous card still appears in my count

duo partner updated credit card, previous card still appears in my count

My duo partner has updated the credit card with which we make the payment, but the previous card still appears in my account and the payment cannot be made. However, his count shows that the payment was successful with the new card.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you're seeing the old card in your account, it means that it is the one managing the Premium Duo plan and since you mention that your partner is also seeing a card (the new one) in theirs, we suspect that they started a new subscription in their own account.

 

We'd recommend that each of you check your Manage your plan and Receipts pages to find out if this is the case. If it is, here's how to cancel the new subscription and update the payment method for the existing one. We also recommend that your partner check if they have a second Spotify account using this guide.
