Hello ,
We've been charged twice. One family and one individual account. The individual is clearly a mistake.  We don't know which e-mail address might be linked to the individual account. Can this be identified by the Spotify P-number on the VISA Expenses overview?

Hi @Terwaan. If you don't know the credentials of the second account, then you'll want to reach out to support. Support can be reached one of three ways: through the online contact form; on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares; or by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.

I am unsure exactly how they go about finding the account, be it by the order number on your card, or just by looking up your card, but I do know that they can help! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns I might be able to help you with. Cheers!
