email address change


i have two spotify accounts acccount 1 account 2


i changed the email on account 2 so that i could put that email on account 1

it successfully saves

i got onto account 1 and go to change my email

i put in the email that i just changed from account 2 but it says it is in use

when i just changed it so it isnt

I suggest you contact support so they can look at your account and help you with this:


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
