email don't work

Hi everyone, I don't receive any mails from spotify whatsoever. Not changing account, not family sub, nothing.

I have a Premium student account, and my father sent me an invitation to a family account. But no message has been received. What can i do ?

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you make sure once again that your spam/junk folders have the emails? If that doesn't work, and you've refreshed - please contact Customer support here for further help.
