email not valid and forgotten password

I am logged in my spotify account on my pc since a year and I opened my account with my student (university) email and since I graduated it is no longer working and now I want to change it to a new email adress but I can not since I forgot my password so now I can not even change my password since the email goes to an adress I can not even acess anymore.

Help! How can I first change my password and then my email adress?

Can my password be changed through my phone number and not email?

You will need to get in touch with the Spotify support team directly using the anonymous online contact form, and they will be able to assist you further in recovering your account.
