AFTER AN ENDLESS CHAIN OF EMAILS WITHOUT A FULL RESOLUTION OF THE PROBLEMS LISTED HERE

1) all my previous playlists have been cancelled - I expect to get them all back
2) my subscription status is still listed as annual, and I only want to pay monthly -please fix this
3) my account is still linked to the name of "*********" who I believe is the person who hacked my account - how is that even possible?)
I have now received this mail below. can you PLEASE FINALLY GET THIS SORTED????? THIS IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS PLEASE SORT MY ACCOUNT FOR GOOD i AM TIRED OF WASTING MY TIME!!!!!!

so now my account has now been disabled (again) and I have received a mail from your German website (attached), informing me that paypal has reversed the payment.
I have been asked to quote reference 596461 if that would happen.
furthermore I would like to understand why
