I've been a spotify user since it was first available in Spain, i opened my account in Spain, and I am in Spain. Just a couple of weeks ago spotify quit working saying that my country does not match the one in my profile, and blocked me from accessing my account. It does match! I'm not doing anything differently, and I checked my IP address and it shows that it is indeed showing as Barcelona, Spain.
I sent a message to technical support and they haven't answered. Can someone help?

Very strange!
How long ago did you contact customer services? Also if you got an automated email reply telling you to visit the community, you need to reply directly to that message to get your case pushed through to an agent.
If its been more than 48 hours, post your case number here and I will escalate this to the community staff for you 😉
