error: We're sorry, that email is taken.

Newbie

Hi,

I had an old account that I forgot about and since then created playlists in a new account. Now I want to move change my new account to my old email. 

 

I've changed the email from my old account to another one but when I try to change the new account's email to the old email I still get the error:

We're sorry, that email is taken.

 

Any ideas?

I have same problem. I posted my problem to customer support. But still waiting. Even No automatic reply. None.
Even I post my problems both in Turkish, both in English.
