I have a problem - I want to upgrad to family member and when a press the button start my premium , I get the messag : Ooops seems your card having a bad day ..bla bla

 

I use the same card as I already is paying my spotify premium with. And I have tried to use payment trought paypal and another payment card.

 

I had the same problem a couple a weeks ago when I got a new card .... tried and tried ...so suddenly it worked.

 

But it has to be a problem at the site of spotify and not my card.

 

what to do ?

Hey @cecvig,

 

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
