facebook got blocked, what to do?

Hi guys!

I have a premium (family) account and want to log in on the app on my new phone, but I can't. My account is linked to my facebook, but my facebook account got blocked recently! To change my username/emailadress I have to log in to my old facebook first (which I can't).

This is all very difficult and I have no idea what to do...

Anybody got any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Facebook-created Spotify accounts can't be accessed or used without that Facebook account being active.

Not to worry, our folks can help you out with this.

We'd recommend checking out the FAQ page 'I want to use Spotify without Facebook' for the steps you should take to start the process of switching your account.

You'll need to have your subscription cancelled as subscriptions aren't tranferrable, but our team will help you get all your saved music moved across to a new Spotify account, and then help you get your new Premium for Family subscription up-and-running.
