facebook login stopped working 2/23

On Feb 23 my facebook acct for spotify stopped working. I have since been unable to log into my spotify acct. using my facebook credentials. I created this account so I could ask this question. My facebook login is fine, I can access facebook just fine. I've tried inputting my facebook credentials directly into the desktop client and the web account page with no luck. I've deleted the spotify app from facebook and tried reauthorizing spotify. facebook says app is authorized but the client gives Error code 3 errors. (user name or password incorrect). when I try to login with the web interface I get a message that says I don't have a spotify acct connected to my facebook acct. this is false. I do. It worked perfectly for years up until 2/23. Any ideas?
