familly account cannot have access

Hi There,

I have a Premium family account. When I create a new family member, things are going right and the new member receive a mail with a link. the link opens a sessions but the password nevers works and when I want to reset it the system doesn't recoginze the adress of the new person.

I'm stuck !!!!
