family account doesn't work in other country

I recently got an invitation for a family account from my dad, who lives in holland. I live in Italy for the coming 4 months, and so spotify says my account has to be situated in holland as well. Is there any way you can work around this?

Unfortunately no, because you currently don't reside at the same address as the plan owner.
