family account problems

i sent my sister the invitation for family account through email and then the email i directed her to website of spotify which required email and password. so she input my administrator accout and then it said that she already had an account (like the pictures below) how is that happening

Hey @laudaesa, welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

Every member of the family plan needs their own account. Your sister needs to open a Spotify Free account. After that is done you can invite her again and everything should work.
