hi i closed my spotify family account a few months ago , now ive came back, ive invited my wife to the account but the message just says she allready a member of an account but i her phone is still controlling mine. any idea whats happening

Hi aarondrury3. Is your wife still a subscribed premium member? She'll need to cancel her current subscription before she can be added onto the family plan. Upon canceling she will retain any time left on her subscription. 

Let me know if she's not currently subscribed and we can do some more troubleshooting.
