Trying to setup a family account but have no luck. I was told I had I have a free account to do it, so I cancelled my premium account and tried from that and it still doesnt work. Is there a phone number so I can call to speak to someone that can help me with this? Emailing back and forth is a waste of time and takes days before Spotify answers me. and they tell me what I already know. No solution.

You can't buy it, you get an error message?

Can you attach an screenshot?

All I get is "Ooops something went wrong. Try again, or use a different payment method."

You can try the following:

 

  • Clean browser's cache
  • Try incognito mode
  • Try with another browser

Thanks for the advise.  None of these worked.

I'm having this same issue. Attempted to upgrade using both a credit card and PayPal, no luck with either.

I recommend you to contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.

 

 

 


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
