family plan administrator can't use the premium subscription but other family users can

When I log on my devices it says that I have to renew my subscription bc the last payment didnt process... and also the message that pops on the app says to check the status of my account on the website, and so I did that, but the web shows that everything's okay... Actually I opted to change the billing info and it's still the same message that pops and I dont know what to do.

Hi there,

 

You can try logging out and back in to your Spotify account to force the sync between your device and app. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the app.
