family plan issue

my family has just switched to a family plan that i started with my premium subscription. my dad has never had spotify before so he downloaded the app and logged in woth facebook. he has tried to get onto the family plan but it continues to tell him that there was an error in his code. the code was pre-typed when he got onto the page so i am unsure why that is an issue.

I have issues with family plan as well. My brother was kicked out by spotify saying that Spotify could not verify the address of family member. The problem is we put the same address but the problem is not solve !
