Hey,

me and my gf we are living togheter and we both already premium but we wanna pass to family the problem that i'm still registered in Italy and now that i tried to change my bill he said that i will pay again in 10 days but i just paid, what I need to do? How is possible have a direct contact via normal mail with the technicians?

Hey @Alesruba,

 

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, your next payment date will likely be a few days earlier than it had been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription you were on.

 

See your subscription page to keep an eye on your billing.

 

You can always get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
