followers randomly disappeared?

My Question or Issue

hey ladies, 

so i originally set up 2 spotify accounts (one on my mac and one on my phone) but there were some issues there so spotify helped me merge them into one account so that all my followers, playlists, downloaded music, etc. were all in one place. now that was all good and everything until this morning i noticed that i had lost about 20 followers. one of my accounts had 66 followers and the other had 20 so idk if it automatically wiped 20 followers from my account or if 20 people coincidentally don't like the music i listen to. anways, if you know what could possibly be the issue please lmk xx - tilly 🙂

That's odd. Try logging out and back in a few times to see if it helps. If not, you can try logging into a different device to see if the issue persists.

I got the same problem. It's not an issue that can be solved by logging out and back in. All of the followers Spotify transferred from my previous account disappeared, ie. unfollowed, at the same time. Would appreciate a solution.

Hey folks!

It's odd that your followers have disappeared.

Could you send us a screenshot of your Spotify profile showing the following and follower numbers? Make sure any personal information is removed before posting them here.

Also, if you ask a friend to unfollow/follow your profiles again, do they show up on your profiles?
