forgotten password and new email address

hello, i recently made a new Spotify account my old Spotify account was premium and I’ve had it for a very long time. A long enough time where since then I’ve made a new email adress and have forgotten the password since. I cannot log back in and I still have a premium subscription. Any solution?

Hi @Elizaabeth18, thanks for writing!

 

Please try going into Settings, then Music and the turn off Sound Check (this is Settings for your phone, not Spotify settings).

 

If that doesn't do the trick, check your equalizer in Spotify and let me know if this works!

If you have access to the email of the old account then you can reset it.

 

If not then you will have to contact Spotify support to cancel your premium and then start a subscription on your new account.
