free google mini package lost

hello there!

the free google mini from the promotions last month did'nt arrive to me even though tracking says it got delivered. (maybe delivered in the wrong place or stolen) called up canada post and posted a ticket, emailed google about it and said they cant do anything about it, i need to contact spotify because it's your promotion. so what do we do now? thanks
