 I tried the one month free premium trial, but barely used spotify during that time and then I deleted my premium subscription a few days ago. Then today on the 9th of december they took 10 euros off my account.. Went back to the spotify website, suddenly my premium subscription was still up and running, then I cancelled it again and this time I got an email that I cancelled the subscription succesfully. Obviously something went wrong the first time because I am 100% sure I cancelled the subscription earlier! Like I said, barely used spotify, so I want my money back. How should I do this?
