I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here. Could you tell me why do you think they are unkown? If possible please attach a screenshot of your issue 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Hi, 

reinstallation didn't work. I attached a screenshot. You see the friends feed. These friends aren't followers and I don't follow them.

The version of spotify is 1.0.85.259.g4ab01679 (Windows Store-Version). My operation system is windows 10.

@sabse just unfollow them and if they do appear again there jsut let me know 🙂

I unfollowed them, but with new sign in they appear again.

Hey @sabse,

Please try to sign in to another device with your account and see if that helps.

If that is not possible just create another user account on your device and install Spotify there.

Let me know how that goes 🙂

Do the users you're following still appear there if you don't log out of your main device?
