getting charged full premium price suddenly, when i have student account?

hi,

i have been using NUS Spotify Student premium for a while now with the half price discount to normal premium prices. I am still a student and hold a valid NUS student id, however i noticed that on my bank statement i have been charger full price (£9.99) for the past month and not sure why ? any ideas? 

Also i feel if i have been put back on normal premium prices i should have been told about it before the money came out of my account surly ?

You have to renew your Student Discount subscription every year. Please cancel your subscription and renew it here.

Hi, I have had the same problem of getting charged full price rather than the NUS discount price without being told. Is there any way that I can get a refund on 2 months of being over charged ?

You accepted the Student Discount Terms and Conditions when you applied for the Student Discount, so you should know that you have to apply for it every year. If you really think you should get a refund, please contact Spotify support using their Twitter or contact form.
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
