Ive got an email that mmy subsription will  be end at 1 week and a redeem the new 1 month gift cadd and after one week my subscription ended and my new redeemed gift card is not working what should  do ?

Hi there @ahmadiansam!

 

When you go to www.spotify.com/account , what does it say for account type? Also, give this a read:

 

WHY DOESN’T MY GIFT CARD WORK?

First, check the code hasn’t already been redeemed in your account. You can check this on your account page.

Tip: You can also check to see if you have any other accounts you might have applied it to.  

It’s also worth checking you're entering the code correctly. For example: try 0 instead of O, and I instead of l (lower case L).

Otherwise, there are several possible reasons you may find you're unable to redeem a Spotify Gift Card code to your account:

  1. Codes are not redeemable for Premium for Family, or in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.
  2. The country registered to your account must be the same as where the gift card was purchased.
  3. If you bought your gift card from a store, it might not have been activated when purchased. Please return to the store and ask them to activate it.
