I tried to apply for the student discount three times your denied my transaction but yet you took the money out of my account and still made me pay for the subscription but you didn't give me the services I want my money back I'm not playing give me the phone number for customer service so I can talk to a representative this is b*******

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
