Are you sure both charges were made to the same account? Are you seeing both payments in the receipts on your subscription page? Is it possible you've created two accounts with us.

I'm having the same problem as well and I don't have two accounts. I purchased premium and I went to my card information and it said I was charged twice seperately. If I could just maybe get my 4.99 back that'd be great.
