got hacked

got hacked

Hi, my account got hacked, they added people and started a family subscription. Then i started receiving mails with codes for devices and then an account cancellation mail from noreply@salesforce.com on behalf of suport@spotify.com 

 

They logged me out of my account and adviced me to change my fb password and cancelled my subscription. 

 

Is it safe or legit the noreply@salesforce.com ?

 

Is my payment information secure? 

 

Now i cannot add new payment info since it calls for a zip code error.

I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support through one of the channels below so they can look into this.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
