hacked account and no response from spotify

myy account has been hacked. the hacker has  changed the email address and password and I cant do anything about it. I tried the contact form and twitter  but to no avail. t says I will be sent a reply to the hacked email address. its like a joke. and spotfy has my credit card info. please delete my account forever. I dont want anything to do with this software anymore.

Best to contact the Support team right away either via the Contact form or send a tweet to @SpotifyCares.

They'll definitely clear things out on your account.

I tried both twitter and contact form but no response yet. funny thing is when you send the contact form they say they will reply to the hacked mail address.

That's not good.

You can try sending a direct message on their Twitter Support page to share this info and get things up to speed. They should able to get back to you within 24 business hours.
