hacked

Hi, my account was hacked 4 days ago. I tried to log in but the password was inncorect so the hacker must ave changed it and when i tried resetting the password it didn't work either. The hacker changed both password and email, he also has deleted my playlist and made a new one. It is a premium account so I want it either to be unsubscribed or deleted. How do i do that without the option of logging in and doing that ?
