My Question or Issue

 

An unknown person logs into my account. I changed my password, my email. I disconnected all the accounts but this person always comes back!

If you see suspicious activity on your account, I highly recommend following all the steps provided in this support article, including getting in touch with Spotify Support.

 

I also highly recommend reading this support article regarding how to protect your Spotify account as well.

I've done all this but it doesn't change anything! The person still manages to connect.

I suggest continuing with the steps in the article @AdamDam gave you - get in contact with Support if the previous steps did not work. 🙂 They should be able to help you with this.

I also recommend taking a look at the apps linked to your Spotify account. Each has a short description too. If you find something unfamiliar, remove it.
