thank you but this isnt solution for my problem because i got mail about;
and i will translate for you;
" the payment provider recently detected an unauthorized payment for Spotify premium. we've now refunded your payment and have disabled your Spotify account. If you have any questions about this, please contact the payment provider directly."
also, i have family account,family account belongs to my friend.

You will need the account owner to contact support about the payment, please note, as a family account in the T&C's you do need to be a 'family', meaning you need to reside in the same address.
Regarding your account, I recommend contacting Support about this issue, you can do this via Twitter (@SpotifyCares) or on the online contact form.
