help playlists gone and cant connect to fb

Im beyond pissed and upset i finally decided to upgrade my account to premium. After it wouldnt say anything but free on my desktop. So i logout and back in now is premium but 5 years worth of playlists are gone. and i cannot get facebook to connect so i cant get some of my stuff back from friends but it gives a error that says its down. 2 days later it still dont work and i lost all my music i dont know what to do but if this is how it thanks customers for going premium and dont fix it im never using this program again im at a loss what to do being a network admin ive looked it didnt save anything on my pc and there not a real support number either just the forums im hoping they have a real support person on here just not a lot of community people i can say im very disappointed with no customer service on a program that cost as much as monthly games.
