help please!!!!!! can't unsubcribe

i had spotify premium, lost my bank card so at the end of the month spotify acc will stop. i purchased a new phone with 24 month free spotify, happy days. i can not apply the free vodafone 24 month to my acc. it does nothing only sends me in a loop asking for the new bank card and NO place to unsubcribe. i have tried to activate the 24 month subcription repeatedly and it tells me to unsubcribe from my spotify acc but how the f**k can i when spotify just keeps asking me for my bank details!
