help with account

so i forgot my account password but its linked to a invalid email account.

whenever i request a password reset i have no way of accessing it.  i cant change my account email since i dont know my password.  i have emailed spotify twice and asked them to contact me on my active email.

any recommendations will help. 

i pay for premium as well.
