help?

I've cancelled my subscription about 5 months ago. and am STILL getting charged. they owe me over $50 and no one will reply, or help me stop it. how do I stop them ?

This is not right. Have you tried contacting Spotify so that a staff member can check this for you? If you haven't, use the contact form (https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/?contact). Please make sure to reply to any automated email you receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's a no-reply!
